Where's your bum gone, J-Lo?



















Her bootylicious curves catapulted her to fame, but Jennifer Lopez's famous bum was officially missing in action when the star stepped out in LA last month.

The 41-year-old's trademark curves have been whittled away after she embarked on a new training regime of squats and Pilates to tone up.

‘Jen's butt has definitely shrunk in recent months,' a source tells Now.

‘She's trying everything to get her weight down, particularly her butt as that's where she puts on the pounds most easily.'

Already body conscious after shedding the 2st 12lb she gained during her pregnancy with twins Max and Emme in 2008, Jen's upped her exercise regime further after signing up as a new judge on American Idol.

Now a svelte UK size 6, she knows that all eyes will be on her - and her famous derrière - when the show returns to US TV in January.

‘Jennifer's been doing endless squats holding a medicine ball while she lowers her body down,' says our source.

‘She's also been using a Pilates reformer machine at home and can spend over an hour a day doing leg work.

'But her favourite is an exercise where she gets on all fours on the floor and rests a small ball between her bended leg, with the sole of her foot facing the ceiling, then raises the ball up. Those lifts are the best thing to tone the tops of the thighs and butt.'
