Jim Carrey becomes a grandfather!

He may seem a little young to be called "Grandpa," but 47-year-old Jim Carrey is embracing his new role now that daughter Jane Carrey has given birth to a baby boy.

Jane and husband Alex Santana welcomed their first child, son Jackson Riley Santana, at 12:28 a.m. Friday in Los Angeles, PEOPLE confirms. He weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz, and measured 20 inches long.

Tweeting about the new arrival, the proud new granddad posted a baby pic and wrote, "Jackson Riley Santana, My Grandson, Born today! This is what 7lbs.11oz. of Calfornia dynomite looks like!"

While she was pregnant, the Jane Carrey Band singer, 22, said she was looking forward to having a son with Santana, lead singer of the metal band Blood Money.

"I'm excited about it because I never really got along with girls growing up," Carrey said last year. "I was a little afraid that if it was a girl that she would not like me, you know? So I'm very happy about the boy."

Her actor dad predicted his little girl would do just fine as a parent.

"Jane is going to be a great mom," he said in July.

Jane's due date was Mar. 3.

Jessica Simpson

Likening Jessica Simpson to "a drug ... like crack cocaine," a loose-lipped John Mayer told Playboy of their relationship: "Sexually it was crazy. That's all I'll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm."

Now, it's Simpson's turn to fire away - and she's doing it on The Oprah Winfrey Show. In an interview with Winfrey set to air Wednesday, Simpson sums up her reaction to what Mayer had to say with, one word: Disappointment.

"There's nothing worse than being disappointed in somebody," she says. Asked if she's angry, she responds, "I'm not angry. I'm - well, I'm a little bit angry."

What exactly is she angry about? "I don't want people to know how I am in bed," Simpson says. "I mean, I guess I could have been a lot worse."

The pop star quips about the fallout from Mayer's comments: "My phone is ringing off the hook, I have to say."

On another sensitive topic - her weight - Simpson, 29, tells Winfrey she's comfortable with her current shape. "I love my curves," she says. "I'm not going to ever be size 0, and I don't want to weigh 90 pounds."

When the TV hosts points out that Simpson was thin for her 2005 movie role in The Dukes of Hazzard, Simpson responds, "I didn't weigh 90 pounds. But I was - I was definitely smaller. But that was Daisy Duke, that's a role. I was playing a role. I don't want to look like Daisy Duke every day. I don't want to wear a bathing suit every day."

Heidi Montag

Married almost one year ago, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have decided to go their separate ways - in business that is.

Pratt, who has managed the couple since the day they met nearly five years ago - when Montag was 19 years old - is being replaced with a Malibu-based psychic named Aiden Chase, the reality star tells PEOPLE.

"After the incredible experiences I have had healing my life and truly connecting to my dreams with healer intuitive Aiden Chase, I have officially asked him to become my manager," Montag says. "Having an intuitive psychic leading my team gives me an edge no one else has."

"No longer is my husband the face of my business or managing my career," she adds. "I am going to have Aiden Chase help manage my new life and career in a very different and positive way with light and love. The time for change is now. Never mix business and pleasure. We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi."

Although severing their business ties, the couple will remain married.

Montag, who made the move after her staggering 10 plastic surgeries in one day, says she has now "cleared all the negative energy in my life." She says she's signed on for a Ron Howard-related show business project and a feature film comedy, and will appear on The Tonight Show next week.

"I am so excited for my future and the bright successes coming my way," says Montag.

Miley Cyrus

Sure it helps to be good looking, but if a guy really wants to win the heart of teen star Miley Cyrus, he needs to embrace the entire Cyrus clan.

"My parents are a little loco," admits Cyrus, 17, at the press conference for her upcoming drama The Last Song. "We have five [kids] and my mom and my dad and my grandma plus like my 10,000 dogs - so if you love me after you see my lifestyle then you're good. You're a keeper."

That's what she considers her costar and real-life boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, 20, who she realized was more than a costar when she found herself playing "stupid" games.

"I think when you're trying to play it cool and you're like, 'Oh, I won't text back for like the next hour,' that's when you know it's more serious," says Cyrus. "You have no idea how many times I was like, 'Oh he called. I'm not going to call back tomorrow.' When it gets confusing and you're over thinking it, you must really like someone."

One thing Miley is so over? The Twitter-verse, which she quit last fall and has no plans of joining again soon.

"I'm a lot less on my phone. I'm a little bit more social," she says. "I have real friends as opposed to friends on the internet that I'm talking to which is not cool, not safe, not fun - and most likely not real."

And she's encouraging those around her to detach from social media too. "I feel like I hang out with my friends and they're so busy taking pictures of what they're doing to post on Facebook and not really enjoying what they're doing," Cyrus says. "I think just enjoy the moment you're in. Stop telling people about it. Enjoy it for yourself."

Sandra Bullock

It wasn't just London that lost a premiere of The Blind Side.

Sandra Bullock had originally planned also to travel to Berlin to promote the film, for which she won an Academy Award for Best Actress on March 7, before taking a break from making movies.

But when a San Diego tattoo model alleged she had an affair with Bullock's husband, Jesse James, the actress abruptly suspended her promotional plans and left the home she shared with James in Seal Beach, Calif.

Like the London premiere, the German event - originally set for Monday night - also got called off.

"Warner Bros. issued a statement on Tuesday, March 16 stating that Sandra Bullock would not be traveling abroad due to unforeseen personal reasons," says the star's spokesperson. "Obviously that included everything that was scheduled for the European tour which included press and two premieres."
